About
I’m an IT Technical Trainer and Consultant with extensive experience with System Center Configuration Manager. Based out of Vancouver, Canada, since 1997 I’ve been providing training on a range of Microsoft technologies, but have primarily focused on System Center Configuration Manager and other System Center products.
I prefer a mentored approach to consulting, where clients are empowered to support and maintain their infrastructure once the engagement is complete. I have assisted clients designing and implementing 20,000+ client Configuration Manager environments.
Clients consistently provide excellent feedback. Example of feedback from a Windows 7 deployment student’s post course evaluation; “Fantastic instructor. One of the very best I have had for any similar training. Would highly recommend this instructor to anyone, and would seek instructor out for future training.”
I love an audience and through over 10 years in Toastmasters International I have focused on consistently improving my communications skills.
I came into the world of IT in the mid 1990s. I have a bachelors degree in Science with a major in geology, and worked as a geologist for 5 years before making the jump into the world of technology.
On this site you will find some of my random thoughts and ideas. Welcome to past and present (and future) clients.
